The DIXI baler range from 4 - 80ton, below are the specifications of the balers, the DIXI quality designers developed a baler that can be used for compacting various waste products. The Dixi 60/80 s machine with a new front lifting door also has been designed to use the new easy loop wire, which replacing the existing oily cut & loop wire.
The quality designed baler (> 5sk) are fitted with LCD control panel for allowing the baler to be set to be used for plastic/cardboard, it also has the facility to alter the compaction time to vary the bale size. The baler's has the facility to be set on automatic or manual which allows the baler to compact on closing of the door lid, the lcd display shows when the bale is ready to be ejected, the bale can be ejected by pressing of the up & down button ejecting the bale onto a pallet.
The 5sk has multi chambers which can allow for 2 - 4 different waste streams to be baled and compacted at any one time.
